Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the DUBI app and our websites, operated by Dubi AI S.A.L. (commercial register 2076829), Roum Patriarchate Project, Block G, Ground Floor, El Zaraabieh, Cornet Chehwan, Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. By using DUBI you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. DUBI is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers directly: they deal with each other, and DUBI is not a party to any sale.
01 Your account
You sign in with your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your phone secure. One person, one account.
02 Listings
A listing is one real car, located in Lebanon, that you own or are authorised to sell. Its facts — condition, mileage, price and location — must be true, and its photos must be of that car. Keep your listing current and remove it when the car is sold.
The description is yours: write freely about the car, in your own words.
Everything published on DUBI is reviewed and moderated. Anything beyond the car itself — off-topic, misleading or abusive content — is moderated: we may edit, hide or remove it, and we may remove a listing that breaks these terms, duplicates another or is reported. A removed listing is hidden at once; the Privacy Policy says what records remain.
By publishing a listing you let DUBI show your name, your WhatsApp number and the car's details and photos to the people using the service — that is what a listing is.
03 Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use DUBI for:
- Vehicles that are stolen, encumbered without saying so, or not yours to sell.
- False, misleading or copied details and photos.
- Content that is abusive, discriminatory or infringes someone else's rights.
- Advertising anything other than the car in the listing, or collecting other people's contact details.
- Automated access, scraping or bulk collection of listings.
- Interfering with the service or with other people's accounts.
04 Free app, and paid seller services
The DUBI app is free: browsing, searching, contacting sellers and listing a car cost nothing, and the app sells nothing through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We may offer sellers optional paid services — such as subscriptions, featured placement or promotion, by time, listing or account. Their price and what they include are stated before any purchase, they are arranged and billed outside the app stores, they are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and a promotion changes where a listing appears, never what it may say.
05 Buying and selling
Sellers set their prices. Inspect the car and its papers before you pay: DUBI does not inspect cars, hold payments, transfer ownership or guarantee a sale. Complete the sale in person and keep your own records.
A Dealer mark, seal or similar badge reflects information available to us about the seller; it is not a guarantee by DUBI of the seller or of any car.
Catalogue details, specifications and search aids may contain errors or be incomplete; the seller's own description of the car governs.
06 Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You give DUBI a licence to show, resize, share and promote it on DUBI and in messages and promotion about the listing, including on WhatsApp, for as long as the listing is live and as needed to answer reports or legal requests.
07 Liability
DUBI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Dubi AI S.A.L. is not liable for any sale, car or loss arising from a listing or a contact made through DUBI, nor for the service being unavailable or changed, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid DUBI, if any.
08 Suspension and termination
You may stop using DUBI at any time and delete your account in the app (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or keeps publishing content we have to remove, after notice where that is practical.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes go to the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
10 Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above says when, and continuing to use DUBI after a change means you accept it.
